The property is comprised of stand-alone retail buildings that are located on the periphery of the Cortana Mall. In addition to the strong Cortana Mall tenants, Lowe’s and Wal-Mart Supercenter are positioned on the northern periphery and shadow anchor the site, driving considerable traffic to the area.  Sam’s Wholesale Club is currently building a store, also adjacent to the site, and should be an excellent addition to the strong line-up of shadow anchors.
