MPI and affiliates currently own and manage 20,000 units of multifamily, 11 million square feet of retail, 5 million square feet of office and 1,395 hotel rooms located across 11 states.

The portfolio is actively managed by our in-house Asset Management, Property Management, Leasing, Development, Operations, Finance and Accounting teams. Our teams focus on tenant optimization, expense controls and value-add development opportunities.

MPI does not believe that “one strategy fits all.” The most impactful value enhancements of each property must be analyzed and targeted, from minute expense reductions to full property repositioning. By focusing on property fundamentals, MPI has been able to acquire, develop and successfully manage a diverse portfolio of uniquely positioned properties with demographically appropriate tenant mixes and limited vacancy.
