MPI Welcomes New Town Center Leasing Team MPI brings the company’s Town Center portfolio Leasing in house and welcomes aboard industry veterans, Jim Davis, as the Vice President of Leasing and David Holtzman, as a Director of Leasing along with recently promoted Director of Leasing, Grace Yang-Paek.

The Town Center portfolio includes 2.7 million square feet of fashion oriented retail space. Previously leased by Steiner and Associates, MPI’s Town Centers include The Greene Town Center in the greater Dayton, OH area, Zona Rosa in Kansas City, MO; Bayshore Town Center located in the greater Milwaukee, WI area and Peninsula Town Center located in Hampton, Virginia.
“Jim Davis and David Holtzman come to MPI with a great deal of experience from both the retailer and developer perspective and we are delighted to have them join our MPI family.” says Michael Makinen, Senior Vice President of Asset Management.
Mr. Davis joins MPI with over twenty three years of overall real estate experience. Previously, Mr. Davis was the Vice President of Real Estate for Red Development, the Vice President of Retail Leasing for Lauth Property Group, and Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Finish Line, Inc..
Prior to joining MPI, Mr. Holtzman owned a private consulting company dedicated to providing real restate solutions for retailers and developers. Previously, he was the Director of Real Estate for Avenue Stores and held Real Estate Director positions at Wet Seal Inc, Mothers Work Inc, and G & G Retail Inc. Mr. Holtzman has over thirty years of overall retail real estate experience.
Ms.Yang-Paek was recently promoted to a Director of Leasing position at MPI. Previously, Ms. Yang-Paek served as the Director of Specialty Leasing for MPI and was responsible for temporary leasing as well as working with retailers to maximize trade potential and merchandising mix of common areas. Prior to joining MPI, Ms. Yang was a Specialty Leasing Manager at Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE:VNO).
