The Chapman Apartments wins Builder's Choice Grand Award

The Chapman at the Peninsula Town Center won a Grand Award in the Infill/Mixed-use Community category of the 31st annual Builder's Choice Design & Planning Awards.  For more than 30 years, BUILDER has enlisted top builders and residential architects as jurors for our most prestigious annual competition. The Builder's Choice Design and Planning Awards serve as a leading barometer of the latest trends and influences in architecture, design, and community planning throughout the nation. The Chapman Apartments was featured in the October 2011 issue of BUILDER Magazine after rigorous judging from nearly 300 entries.
 
The Chapman Apartments opened April 24, 2009 in the heart of the Peninsula Town Center. This mixed-use development is on the site of the former Coliseum Mall. Within the first 100 days after opening, the community leased 108 apartment homes, 68% of the 158 total units. Drucker & Falk leased the entire community in fewer than l2 months, over four months ahead of projections.
