Zachary Bornstein

Mr. Bornstein is the Vice President of Capital Markets for MPI and oversees all capital markets activities, including mortgage financing and new strategic capital partnerships, as well as new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining MPI, Mr. Bornstein was a Vice President in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs. During his tenor at Goldman, Mr. Bornstein was involved in the acquisition of over $5.5bn of commercial and residential real estate and directly responsible for the closing of over $3bn in debt transactions.

Mr. Bornstein graduated Cum Laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a dual concentration in Finance and Information Management and a minor in Spanish. Mr. Bornstein was a member of both the Joseph Wharton and Benjamin Franklin Scholars Programs.
