Theresa Anderson

Ms. Anderson is a Director of Human Resources for MPI and is responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources, staff development and performance management, talent acquisition, benefit programs, payroll administration, and HR information systems. 

Prior to joining MPI, Ms. Anderson was an HR Regional Manager for Red Roof Inns where she oversaw complex employee relations; including risk avoidance, executive leadership coaching, policy development and leave administration. Prior to Red Roof Inns, Ms. Anderson was a Director of Human Resources/Benefits/Compensation for the American Chemical Society where she led and implemented business strategies on a range of corporate initiatives.

Ms. Anderson graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Business and is a graduate of the Institute for Organization Management at the College of Charleston. Ms. Anderson is a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a member of both the Society for Human Resources Management and Human Resources Association of Central Ohio.
