Ryan Guheen

Mr. Guheen is the Senior Vice President of Asset Management for MPI and is responsible for the operations and leasing of MPI’s Shopping Center portfolio as well as the financial re-development of all MPI’s assets.

Prior to joining MPI, Mr. Guheen worked at Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE:KIM) as a Development Manager where he was responsible for conceptualizing and implementing value-added strategies, sourcing entitlements and underwriting value-add acquisitions. Mr. Guheen started his career as a management consultant at Accenture, where he focused on enterprise process optimization for high tech clients.

Mr. Guheen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Santa Clara University with a Bachelors of Science in Economics.
