Richard Vilaboy

Mr. Vilaboy is a Senior Director of Property Management for MPI and is responsible for the property management of the commercial and residential portfolios. Mr. Vilaboy has over 15 years of experience in property management, facility and retail operations, and project management in the shopping center and retail industries. Mr. Vilaboy’s main focus is on continued high levels of tenant satisfaction with an emphasis on financial and operational efficiency, and safety.

Prior to joining MPI, Mr. Vilaboy was a senior property manager with Simon Property Group, Colony Capital affiliates, Mills Corporation and Macy’s East.

Mr. Vilaboy received a Bachelor of Science in Management from William Paterson University.
