Peter J. Andresen

Mr. Andresen is a Director of Development for MPI and is responsible for directing the day to day operations of the tenant coordination, construction, and development departments.

Mr. Andresen has over twenty years of experience driving large-scale, world class real estate development projects encompassing mixed use, retail, residential, hotel, office, and hospital/laboratory sectors. Mr. Andresen started his real estate career working at a top-tier Construction Manager.

Mr. Andresen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Technology & Construction Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a candidate for a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University.
